- Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but if there is a problem with your order, contact us right away and we will make it right!
- Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order anytime up until we pull it for shipping. Just email us at with your order number and we’ll take care of it!
- If an item is sold out, can I still get it?
Doubtful, but we can try! We buy a fixed quantity of products and once they’re gone, it’s unlikely we can get more. If you’re really in love with an item that is sold out, email us and we will try our best to get it for you! Sign up here for notifications of themed events and never miss another item!
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal with U.S. billing addresses.
- How do you secure my credit card?
Your security is our top priority. It’s part of what makes shopping with Vintage Southern Accents easy. We use a secure online server to store your profile information, including your credit card should you save it in your profile. While we don’t force you to change your password, we encourage you to change it often by going to your profile/change password.
- Where do you ship?
We are set up to ship in the United States’ lower 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
- I signed up, but haven’t gotten an email with your collections. Why?
If you signed up, you’re on the list to get our awesome décor themes. Please add CustomerService@vintagesouthernaccents.com to your safe senders list. You can also check our website each week to see our themes, shop by department or search.
